Director of Finance and Capital at Marhnos
With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Ms. Rodriguez has been actively involved in the capital raising, originating, structuring and execution of over US$5.5 billion of debt and equity transactions in Mexico across all property types.
Ms. Rodriguez is currently Director of Finance and Capital at Marhnos, a leading Mexican development company, with more than 6 decades of experience specialized in real estate and infrastructure projects.
Prior to Marhnos, Ms. Rodriguez was Managing Director of the Banyan Tree Mexico Hospitality Fund, where she is currently serving as a Board Member. She is also Senior Advisor to the Board of Terragon Off-Grid, a company based in the Netherlands, which develops autonomous buildings, focusing in self-regenerative real estate assignments worldwide. She is also a Founding Partner of Real Capital Investment Management “RCIM” (formerly DTZ Rockwood Mexico) where she served in various capacities, including asset management and advisory relationships on behalf of major institutional investors for 10 years.
Prior to RCIM, Ms. Rodriguez was the head of New Business and Equity for GE Real Estate Mexico where she structured, negotiated and executed over $2 Billion of debt and equity transactions in Mexico across all property types and before GE, she worked with AEW Capital Management and Beacon Properties, both in Boston, MA.
Ms. Rodriguez holds a Masters of Urban Planning, Finance and Real Estate; and a Bachelor of Architecture, both from Cornell University.
Ms. Rodriguez participates as an independent member of the Technical Committee of Fibra Educa, she is a member of the Governance Committee of ULI Mexico, she also participates on the Editorial Board of Inmobiliare, and is a Supporting Member of the Cornell University Real Estate Council.
